SUMMARY:
We are looking for a talented and curious AI & Content Intern who is passionate about technology and communication. This role bridges the gap between technical problem-solving and creative storytelling. You'll contribute to AI prompt development, test LLM responses, refine content for clarity and accuracy, and assist in projects that enhance our digital tools and documentation at Kollect.This is an excellent opportunity for final-year students or fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in both the AI ecosystem and strategic content development.

LOCATION: Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Craft and test AI prompts for various use cases (internal process support, content creation, automation, etc.).
• Collaborate with the Innovation and Product teams to experiment with LLM-based tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, and others.
• Write clear, engaging, and technically sound documentation, internal knowledge base articles, FAQs, and user guides.
• Assist in reviewing and refining content generated by AI to meet professional, business, and compliance standards.
• Conduct research and benchmarking to support AI adoption across business units.
• Support the training of teams in using AI-enhanced tools efficiently.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to innovate how Kollect uses AI for business optimization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Communications, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills in English, with a strong eye for clarity and tone.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, or similar platforms.
• Analytical thinker with a curiosity for how things work and how they can be improved.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documentation tools (e.g., Notion, Confluence), and web-based platforms.
• Basic understanding of prompt engineering, machine learning concepts, or APIs is a plus but not required.

A monthly allowance is provided for all interns, with rates as follows:

• RM 800 for Bachelor's Degree interns.
• RM 700 for Diploma interns.
