SUMMARY:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Kota Damansara. This role involves bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation by analyzing business processes, gathering functional requirements, and ensuring seamless project delivery. You will be an integral part of the agile development cycle, working closely with clients, developers, and project managers to deliver effective solutions that create real value.
LOCATION: Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
(Easily accessible via MRT and bus to the office)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To prepare and review the business processes, gather requirements and functional specifications based on the proposed solutions, to prepare appropriate test cases.
- Liaises with clients to understand the business issues, processes, and organizational requirements.
- Leads the testing effort and takes ownership of the documentation of all QA processes and results
- Utilized Kanban cards as part of the agile methodology to manage requirements through to development and delivery.
- Communicates closely with the client and manages the client's expectations and deliverables.
- Works closely with the technical software team and project manager to ensure the successful delivery of the projects according to the schedule.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Should possess a Degree in IT or relevant fields.
- Must have experience in gathering requirements from stakeholders.
- At least 2 years’ experience in the related field.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Must have initiative and be able to work with minimum supervision.
- Proven experience in Business Analysis, with a solid track record of supporting business needs and project delivery.
- Must have good written and speaking skills.
